Larry Raad is the quintessential “Come Back Kid”. In work, he was known to be skillful at evaluating an applicant’s personality and workplace potential. It was his insight and skill with people that propelled him to a top leader of Human Resources for a large corporation; a position he held until retirement. But Larry’s goal wasn’t retirement, just simply the end of another chapter in life. With nice savings and his retirement package, Larry entered the field of Real estate where he built a successful business, that is, until the market collapse of 2008. Larry lost millions in the business that year but instead of “quitting while he was ahead”, Larry began again to build his business.
